New Voices in Midlands History Conference

Call for Papers: Deadline 31 March 2024
Proposals are invited from postgraduates, early career or independent scholars and heritage, museum and archive professionals researching any aspect of the history of the Midlands. This includes the counties of Bedfordshire, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. Papers will be 20 minutes in length. Please supply a title and 100-word abstract to the organiser Prof Andrew Hopper andrew.hopper@conted.ox.ac.uk and copy in editorial administrator, Justine Pick j.pick@bham.ac.uk

This conference is sponsored by the journal Midland History. All those researching the history of the Midlands are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
