Hands on Heritage Day returns to Mansfield Central Library on Saturday 16 May, 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
Explore pop-up museums and local history displays, find out about family history, browse the books for sale, and get hands-on with fun crafts and activities.
Love local history? See the launch of Inspire’s new Nottinghamshire Digital Heritage platform! Discover Mansfield and beyond through real community voices – hear oral histories, watch video stories, and explore newly digitised archives. Step into the past and get hands-on with digital heritage.
This year will also feature the launch of the ‘Inspire at 10′ exhibition, celebrating a decade of Inspire and all that has been achieved since creation in 2016. There will be live music from the Red Hot Band and refreshments will be available from the cafe in the library.
